If working with Microchip IPE, press Conenct. Then go to Settings->Advanced and login. Default password is Microchip.
Go to Power settings and check Power target circuit from tool.

- VPP 3.3V
- VDD Nom 3.3V
- VDD App 3.3V
- Low Voltage Program NOT Checked
- Power Target Circuit from Tool Checked
